Ion Acoustics has worked on both phases of this major college redevelopment on The Cut in Waterloo. Phase 1 was the refurbishment of existing buildings and creation of a new central atrium and Phase 2 is a major new build including recording studios, music suites and extensive teaching facilities. Phase 1 won the AJ 2015 Retro-fit award.
