Robinson Building

Client: Urbis.

Refurbishment of paper bag factory and former chapel into flats.  This factory had a series of unusual floor build ups, preliminary mock up testing was used to benchmark the sound insulation design requirements.  The flats were mainly a conversion of the existing building, but included two new storeys at penthouse level and a new central atrium cut through the building.
